Role Overview

The Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising Operations will be responsible for developing, qualifying and managing relationships with private investors, Business Angels, family offices and financial partners.

Role Overview

The Chief Financial & Administrative Officer will oversee the financial, administrative, legal operations and corporate governance functions of AICLIFFVIEW Group.

This role is essential to ensure that the company, its affiliated vehicles, funds, SPVs and supported companies are managed with financial discipline, documentation accuracy, regulatory awareness and operational control.

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, external attorneys, accountants, tax advisors, banks, registered agents, fund administrators and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets, cash flow forecasts, financial planning and internal reporting.

  • Oversee invoicing, payments, expenses, vendor management and financial controls.

  • Coordinate external accountants, tax advisors, attorneys, registered agents, banks and insurance providers.

  • Monitor Delaware, IRS, corporate, tax and administrative obligations with external advisors.

  • Maintain corporate records, resolutions, agreements, board minutes and internal registers.

  • Track management fees, advisory fees, fund-related fees, SPV costs and intercompany billing.

  • Support bank account openings, bank resolutions and financial documentation.

  • Prepare monthly financial dashboards for the CEO.

You do not need to be a large-corporation CFO, but you must be capable of building reliable financial and administrative systems for a growing investment and venture platform.
